Home Maintenance Service

Buckhorn provides home maintenance services on a per-project basis as well as through a comprehensive preventative maintenance package. Our preventative maintenance package can be tailored for your primary residence or rental properties. Our program includes annual, biannual, and quarterly services. Our pricing is based on the size of your home. There is a small additional charge for rental properties.

$100 survey fee
One year contract; billed every six months
Fee based home square footage:
- Small < 2k at $600/year
- Medium 2k < 5k at $800/year
- Large >= 5k at $1,250/year
Full range of renovation and construction work (Estimates are always free)
