Buckhorn offers a property management service for any number of units. We serve clients with one rental unit and clients with over twenty units. We take care of all aspects of your rental property including finding new tenants, escrow and billing, and maintenance. We use the AppFolio property management system to offer our clients real-time access to information on all their properties.

Let us handle everything. Buckhorn will cover the upfront costs associated with listing preparation and home improvements. There are no hidden fees or upfront costs.  Buckhorn charges a percentage (Federal Fund + 2%) of the cost of the necessary improvements.  Buckhorn collects payment at closing.
